They went through a rocky patch when they briefly split last month.

But it seems that young starlets Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have sorted out their differences once and for all, after they were spotted kissing at a Salt Lake City airport on Friday.


Proving to all the doubters that they are back together and are stronger than ever, Selena sat on her boyfriend's lap as the pair indulged in a steamy kissing session while waiting for their flight.

Selena and Justin seemed as together as ever as the 20-year-old jumped onto her beau's lap, putting an affectionate arm around his waist.

An eyewitness told Radar Online: 'They were very affectionate with each other. They were kissing on and off and they just sat together and talked and looked 

According to reports, the couple took some time out from their busy schedules to fly to Utah for a romantic ski trip, and were joined by Selena's best friend Taylor Swift and her boyfriend Harry Styles.

But it seems that not everyone is happy that the couple have reunited, as Selena has received a barrage of abuse from Justin's devoted fans on Twitter.

The pair were wrapped up for their Utah getaway, with Justin in a blue padded coat and Selena in a khaki number, while they both sported black jeans and knitted hats.

Selena was spotted arriving in Los Angeles on Friday sporting the same outfit, although Justin was nowhere to be seen.

Two days earlier, Justin, 18, was spotted hopping on a private jet in Van Nuys, California, with a female companion presumed to be his 20-year-old girlfriend.

It comes after a secret meeting took place between the on-again off-again lovebirds earlier this week.

They first split in November, but were rumoured to have gotten back together only to split again.

However as they canoodled while waiting to catch a flight on Saturday it looked like any issues the duo may have once had have now dissolved.

According to Perez Hilton, the reason behind the most recent parting was down to Justin's growing friendship with Selena's ex-boyfriend.

Selena was apparently livid when she found out her ex Nick Jonas had been hanging out with Justin like old friends.

For most people, the thought of hitting the shops on Christmas Eve fills them with dread.

But Chantelle Houghton decided to ignore the warnings and take her baby daughter Dolly to meet Santa Claus at Lakeside Shopping Centre in Thurrock, Essex.

The 29-year-old reality star gazed adoringly at her little girl as she treated her to a trip to the grotto, where she is said to have promptly burst into tears upon seeing Dolly on Santa's knee.

Before heading inside to the grotto, Chantelle held her little girl, who was wearing a pink polkadot all-in-one, close and showed her the festive additions at the sight.

And Dolly, whose father is Chantelle's ex-fiancé Alex Reid, appeared slightly overwhelmed, with a bemused look on her face as she took in her surroundings.

After leaving the grotto, carrying a present given to Dolly by Santa, Chantelle made her way around the packed shopping centre to pick up her last few gifts.

Chantelle left her long blonde hair loose apart from pinning her fringe back, and went for a glamorous look with her make-up with red lipstick, nails and fake eyelashes.

This Christmas marks Dolly's first, and will be celebrated without her father Alex - following his less than amicable split from Chantelle and their acrimonious war of words ever since.

But speaking in a recent interview, Chantelle said she is going to do her best not to let the situation get her down, and wants to make the holidays as special as possible for little Dolly.

She told new! magazine: 'I am (sad) in a way (that Alex won't be there), but it'll be fine without him. I don't know him anymore.'

Chantelle also spoke of her sadness that she wouldn't be getting an eternity ring for Christmas from Alex as a sign of commitment following Dolly's birth.

She lamented: 'Obviously Alex should have bought me one, but he didn't. (When I read a friend had one) I actually felt really hurt and gutted and thought, "That's what he should have done for me."'

Chantelle's comments came after Alex spoke of his dream of waking up with Dolly on Christmas morning during an interview with Jeremy Kyle.

He said: 'I'm not in love with Chantelle but I love my kid and I don't wish her any harm. The best Christmas present ever would be waking up with my little girl.'

Simon Cowell is known as the man with the golden touch in the pop industry but despite securing a third season of the X Factor US, his show is rapidly losing viewers.


The latest series saw a radical reshuffle that included hiring pop singers Britney Spears and Demi Lovato for the judging panel and tapping celebrity personalities Mario Lopez and Khloe Kardashian to co-host the show’s live episodes.

However the Fox reality show saw another substantial ratings drop for its season finale last week according to industry reports.

While rival show The Voice's finale hit a season high and ranked as the show’s biggest closer yet, the X-Factor finale was below its best numbers this season and fell notably from last year.


The two-hour finale in which Tate Stevens was crowned X Factor champion was loaded with guest stars but only pulled in 9.6 million viewers, down 18 percent from its first season finale in which Melanie Amaro won the $5 million record deal.

And things don't look good for 37-year-old country singer Stevens either, as one year on from Melanie's victory she is struggling to make an impact in the Billboard charts.


The father of two beat teenager Carly Rose Sonenclar into second place to scoop the top prize of a $5m record contract last Thursday night.


But reviews of the second season were not favourable with EW.com reporting: 'The song-and-dance productions were as clunky and forgettable as ever, Britney’s faces got real old real fast, and Mario and Khlomeister still can’t even figure out which camera to gape at.'

'Above all, the show is just devoid of any real character … Simon Cowell is the worst of them all - barely awake, looking insulted to even be spending his time like this.'

'It’s his show, and he’s embarrassed, and he doesn’t care enough to inject any life into it … it’s like an unintentional parody of a reality show with zero sense of humor about itself.'

It was also announced that judge LA Reid, chairman of Epic Records, the Sony-owned label which will sign the winners of X Factor USA, is leaving the show.

And things aren't going any better on the X Factor UK.

Simon is 'frustrated' and 'worried' about the future of the show, according to his ex-girlfriend Sinitta.

The 80s pop star, who is close friends with the music mogul, said he is even considering a possible return to the show, which has suffered a fall in viewing figures this series.

Sinitta told the People: 'This has been the worst series ever and Simon wants to come back.'

Since quitting the ITV show following the 2010 series to start up X Factor USA, Simon had found it difficult to manage the British version from Los Angeles.

Sinitta said: 'Simon says X Factor is his first baby. He worries about the show and there is a lot for him to worry about at the moment.

'The wrong people are going. He finds it frustrating. He doesn’t want the whole thing to fall apart.'

'It is also no secret that he has missed working on the UK show.'

Facebook says the changes are primarily designed to let Facebook users who already know each other make sure their missives connect. But the most interesting part of the move is what the social network is calling a “a small experiment to test the usefulness of economic signals.”

Here’s how it will work: A limited number of U.S. Facebook users will now have the ability to pay Facebook a fee to send a message other U.S. Facebook users who they don’t know. Facebook isn’t spelling out the cost publicly, but people familiar with the company’s plans say it will start at a dollar a message, and will tinker with the fee over time. The option will only be available to individual users — not marketers and brands — and Facebook will only allow users to receive a single paid message per week. But users can’t opt not to receive paid messages.

Here’s Facebook’s rationale for the move:

This test is designed to address situations where neither social nor algorithmic signals are sufficient. For example, if you want to send a message to someone you heard speak at an event but are not friends with, or if you want to message someone about a job opportunity, you can use this feature to reach their Inbox. For the receiver, this test allows them to hear from people who have an important message to send them.

Glass half-empty translation: Facebook is selling access to your inbox, which you previously could have kept closed to anyone you don’t know, to the outside world.

Glass half-full version: Maybe you do want to hear from those people! And the one-message-a-week cap, combined with the $1 fee, will prevent your inbox from filling up with spam.

Selena Gomez is following the footsteps of her heavily-inked beau Justin Bieber.

The Disney darling recently added to her body art during a visit tattoo artist to the stars, Bang Bang, in his Lower East Side storefront in NYC. Gomez got the Roman numeral LXXVI — which stands for 76 — inked on the nape of her neck.

What’s the meaning behind the inscription?

“The tattoo was a tribute to a family member who she said means a lot to her,” the tattoo artist told The Daily Mail. “Selena was nervous it might have been painful, so she held her best friend’s hand the whole time. But she did a great job.”

After sharing a snap of Gomez admiring her new tat in a mirror on his Facebook, Bang Bang tweeted, “I hope u love it girl! @selenagomez.”

The A-list tattoo artist has inked the likes of Swizz Beatz, Chris Brown, Rihanna, Katy Perry and Gomez’sSpring Breaker costar, Vanessa Hudgens. Bang Bang has even worked with Gomez’s boyfriend, having drawn the word “Believe” on Bieber’s inner elbow.
