She has transformed her body shape astronomically over the past three years and is now showing off the benefits in the best way she knows how.

Jodie Marsh saw in her 34th birthday by displaying her incredible body in a blue and white snake skin bikini while on holiday in Barbados.

Looking younger than her years the heavily toned and massively tattooed star was easy to spot on the beach with her body art and bright red hair.

Jodie, who has never shied away from attention, is in the shape of her life and was clearly enjoying spending time on the beach instead of in chilly Great Britain.

Jodie may have been the birthday girl but she was not ringing in the new age with any alcohol and kept up her healthy regime with a large jug of water.

She did however find a novel way to commemorate her special day and treated her Twitter followers to some saucy pictures of her in another tight fitting bikini.

Lying on a sun lounger in her gold two-piece she tweeted: 'It's my birthday and I'll be posting bikini pics all day. Cos I'm not moving off this sun lounger today :-) x #glasses'.

She added: 'Thank you so much for all my birthday messages. I can't possibly reply to them all so here's another bikini pic :-) x'.

 

It's great news for her male admirers as Jodie, a former model, said she planned to relax for the entire break in flimsy bikinis.

Buxom Jodie has banished the festive season from her mind and told her 474, 412 followers on the social networking site: 'I'm not doing Christmas this year. I'm doing beach, rum punch & #jodiebikiniwatch Happy holiday.'

She added: 'I'm in Barbados for those asking. On a very crowded beach wearing @HarlequinBikini :-) #jodiebikiniwatch #heaven.'

Friday was the turn of a pink bikini, which although clashing with her flaming red hair, showed off Jodie's tan a treat as she relaxed on a sun lounger.

She even opted for a salmon pink hat to keep her eyes protected from the blazing sunshine.


Last time Jodie went away on a Caribbean break in August she tweeted a wide array of bikini shots to her followers.

Presumably too sun drunk to think of captions Jodie settled for the simple: 'Bum' and 'Boob' titles for her shots.

Her barely there blue bikini just about covered Jodie's toned curves and the metal hooped detail revealed her tattooed frame.

Rihana to "hot" photo...

It was another day, another racy monokini for Rihanna.

The singer posted a picture of her in a daring cutaway swimsuit on her Instagram account on Saturday and it left little to the imagination.


The 24-year-old is currently in her native Barbados for Christmas and is taking advantage of the balmy climate to showcase an array of provocative swimwear.

In the Instagram snap the Umbrella singer nonchalantly reclines on a sofa in her island villa while seductively blowing smoke at the camera - and her derriere is plain for all to see.


Rihanna then took to her balcony for some full length posing.


With a smile on her face she paraded her curves in the skimpy grey and black number - tied in place with only narrow strings - before settling down for a little rest and to check her phone for messages.

Not long after, Rihanna left in a crisp white shirt dress with her cropped hair carefully groomed.


She was carrying a large denim-inspired Chanel tote and appeared to be engrossed once again with her mobile phone.

The Umbrella singer was initially rumoured to be spending the holiday with on-again, off-again boyfriend Chris Brown but instead chose to return with her best friend for her annual end of the year homecoming.

Rihanna, who was raised on the small Caribbean island before coming to the United States as a teen to launch her music career, arrived in Barbados late on Tuesday and is staying at the luxurious Cove Springs Villa.

The superstar has been so busy promoting her new album Unapologetic - for which she performed in seven capital cities in seven different countries in seven days - that she accidentally left her present buying until the last minute and is panicking about what to buy her youngest brother Rajad.

She said: 'I've not started, not a single thing yet. I'm so drenched in work for my new album Unapologetic ... The most difficult is my little brother because he's getting to an age where toys aren't fun anymore.'
